Design and Integration
Based on the client’s requirements, a PFD and P&ID, followed by a preliminary 3D model, are designed, incorporating the structure, equipment, and piping, while taking into account entry and exit points when they have been defined in advance.
This model allows you to define the unit's initial dimensions and, if necessary, divide it into several modules tailored to transportation constraints.
Design calculations for the structure and piping are then prepared, taking into account the constraints related to access within the unit and all components resulting from the detailed engineering.
